Day 3 – London: Buckingham Palace

Today we visited Buckingham Palace. We visited the State Rooms and the Royal Mews. While we weren’t allowed to take photos inside the Palace – and it was magnificent – we were allowed to take photos once outside the building in the gardens. The gardens are beautiful with a small lake, beautifully manicured lawns and something akin to a small forest with pathways through the trees.

After the visit we walked to Trafalgar Square. On the way we visited Downing Street (only visited from away) didn’t make to No 10.

We finished the day at a great restaurant in Berkley Square called Sexy Fish – great food!

I am planning to go back and add some more photos shortly. (Weather here has been great too)

Stay tuned.  Cheers for now. Wendy.
